The TCJJP meets twice a year. A general meeting is held in conjunction with the AOAC meeting and therefore moves from city to city. The second meeting is an open board meeting. It is held at a time and place selected by the President. Steve Kupina (Email:steve.kupina@cwine.com) with the generous support of Canandaigua Wine Company hosted the recent two-day open board meeting in Fresno. On Saturday, those that stayed enjoyed wonderful barbecue at Steve’s ranch.
