Normative Database - A Tool for Characterizing Juice:

The TCJJP has collected compositional data for juices and juice products. This database is intended to help the TCJJP meet its Objectives. All samples are characterized where possible as to the origin of the fruit used to the make the juice or juice product to allow users some basis for selection of values.

The database has been closed and has been summarized into a zipped Excel workbook that can be downloaded here. Two Pivot Tables are included with the Database for your convenience.
